The warm and caring atmosphere of the hotel made me feel right at home. The hotel had a cozy and inviting decoration, with comfortable seating areas that were perfect for relaxing. As a senior, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel, with a short 10-minute walk from the train station and a manageable 15-20-minute walk to the center. Despite being located on a street road, the noise did not disturb my sleep, and I had a peaceful night's rest. The staff was polite, nice, and always ready to assist me with any request I had. I was grateful for the family-like feel of the hotel and the exceptional service provided.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is to have larger and more spacious bathrooms. The one-person bedroom I stayed in was a bit cramped, especially the bathroom.

It's a convenient hotel for those who need to be neer the Malpensa Airport. The room has a good space and is clean. The breakfast is good. The staff is helpfull.

The size of the parking lot. It's very small. Nevertheless it is possible to park on the street in front of the hotel.

The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Another plus point is the convenient location, close to the town center and within easy reach of Malpensa Airport. this hotel offers a great experience with attention to detail and basic amenities.

Rooms are very comfortable and brand new. The staff is very friendly and helped us with restaurant tips. Location is very convenient - only 3 minutes from highway. If you have the time, visit the nice city of Saronno (only 5 minutes walking to the city center)
